From the house you have only a few minutes walk to the picturesque Tito Square, city beaches, famous Muda Gate of Koper, the Koper Theatre and town library.

Nearby you can find shopping centers, canteens and cafés, restaurants, laundry, grocery store, banks and more. In the open period from July 1th to September 30th we offer rooms at affordable and attractive prices.

The home built in 2016 has 69 accommodation capacity in 33 studios with twin beds and 1 studio with three single beds. We offer accommodation in nicely furnished studios with well-equipped mini-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The house offers free Wi-Fi. The house also operates a student restaurant.
